Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on MintVault are final and non-refundable. Due to the inherent nature of blockchain technology, transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the network. MintVault has no ability to reverse, cancel, or modify any completed transaction.

Why No Refunds?

When you purchase an NFT on MintVault, the transaction is executed directly on the blockchain. Once the transaction is confirmed:

  • The NFT is transferred to your wallet address and recorded immutably on the blockchain.
  • The payment (whether in fiat currency or cryptocurrency) is processed and settled.
  • Neither MintVault nor any third party can reverse the on-chain transfer of the NFT.

This is a fundamental property of blockchain technology, not a business policy decision. Decentralized ledgers are designed to be immutable and final.

What This Covers

This no-refund policy applies to:

  • NFT purchases — All NFT sales via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.
  • Gas fees — Network transaction fees paid to blockchain validators are non-refundable.
  • Payment processing fees — Fees charged by our payment partners for processing your transaction.
  • Price fluctuations — Changes in NFT value or cryptocurrency exchange rates after purchase.

Failed Transactions

In the rare event that a transaction fails before being confirmed on the blockchain (e.g., due to network congestion or insufficient funds), no NFT will be transferred and no charge will be applied. If a fiat payment was captured but the on-chain transaction failed, our payment partner will process a reversal automatically.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made using your payment method, please contact your payment provider (bank, credit card issuer, etc.) directly to dispute the charge. MintVault will cooperate with payment providers and law enforcement in investigating any reports of unauthorized use.

Before You Buy

We strongly recommend that you carefully review all details of an NFT before completing your purchase, including:

  • The NFT name, image, description, and attributes.
  • The price and any applicable fees.
  • The blockchain network and smart contract address.
  • Your wallet address and readiness to receive the NFT.
